Multiple Shots Fired In Bolingbrook Wednesday: Police
Police said while they did not find any victims, they did see multiple shell casings in the area of Whitewater Drive and Boughton Road.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Multiple shots were fired in Bolingbrook Wednesday morning, police said.
Officers responded to the area of Whitewater Drive and Boughton Road at 9:09 a.m. because several residents reported hearing gunshots. The police found no victims, but saw multiple shell casings.
Witnesses told the officers that a man fired multiple rounds at another man in a red jogging suit. The man who fired the shots got into a dark gray sedan and fled in an unknown direction. The man in the red jogging suit also fled on foot.

Police said the shooting is an isolated incident and the people are not in any immediate danger. The investigation is ongoing.
