Now Forming: Monthly Amputee Support Group

The first support group meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20th at PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Bolingbrook.

A brand new monthly support group is NOW FORMING! This monthly support group is open to all local amputees, family members, and caregivers. This is a FREE Event. Make new connections with people and fellow amputees who understand the daily struggles. Whether you have been an amputee for years or just a few weeks, please come!

The first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

Host Location: PT Solutions Physical Therapy (319 N. Bolingbrook Drive in Bolingbrook)
