Regal Bolingbrook Theater To Welcome Movie-Goers In Early April
Regal Cinemas announced it will reopen April 2 with the release of "Godzilla Vs. Kong" before "Mortal Kombat" is released four days later.

BOLINGBROOK, IL – The Cineworld Group, which owns Regal Cinemas, announced on Tuesday that it will reopen its theaters in early April and will welcome movie-goers through their doors for the first time in six months.
Theaters, including Regal Bolingbrook, which is located at 1221 W. Boughton Rd., will reopen on April 2 with the release of “Godzilla Vs. Kong” before it releases “Mortal Kombat” on April 6, the London-based company announced in a news release on Tuesday.
Most of Regal’s theaters across the United States will open at anywhere between 25 percent and 50 percent of capacity, company officials said, as precautions and restrictions surrounding the coronavirus pandemic continue. However, officials hope to allow more movie-goers to begin returning to theaters as the year continues as theaters hope to rebound from major losses that came when theaters were closed completely.
