Romeoville Applebee's Slated to Close, Among 8 Other Chicago Locations
The Weber Road location will be one of at least eight Applebee's locations to close in the Chicago area.
Romeoville's Applebee's will soon close, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The location at 472 Weber Rd. will be one of eight locations around Chicago to do so. The move comes as Applebee's reorganizes its operations in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, according to the Trib.
"AppleIllinois plans to sell its franchise rights and its assets, including its restaurants, as part of its bankruptcy proceeding," the Trib reported.
