Show Some Love During Teacher Appreciation Week
Give a shout out to a teacher who has made a difference in your or your child's life.
It's Teacher Appreciation Week in Valley View School District 365U and Plainfield School District 202.
There are plenty of ways to go about giving your teacher some appreciation - a card, a potted flower, some fresh baked cookies or an apple (can never go wrong with an apple) - who, after all, is the individual that devotes forty plus hours a week to teaching our kids throughout the year.
We want to spread some of that love on Patch. If you've ever had a teacher in the past or present who has inspired you, taught you something invaluable or has just been plain awesome, give them a shout out down below.
