Yard Decorations Stolen, Sugar Poured in Gas Tank: Bolingbrook Police Blotter

Yard decorations stolen 

Officers were called to the 200 block of Canyon Drive for the report of a theft, police said. The homeowner said several yard decorations had been stolen since June 2012. The loss was valued at $165.

In-state warrant 

A 14 year old was arrested at 8:07 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant in Lot K of Beaconridge Drive, police said.

In-state warrant 

A 16-year-old was arrested at 4:26 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Road, police said. 

March 26 

Cologne stolen from Wal-Mart

An unknown subject entered Wal-Mart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., at 8:18 a.m., stole three bottles of cologne and exited the store without paying, police said. 

March 24 

Sugar poured into gas tank 

Officers responded to the 700 block of Veterans Parkway for the report of a criminal damage to property, police said. Sugar was poured into the gas tank of a car between March 23 and 24.
