Zepole began in the basement of an office building in Joliet, selling disposable paper products to restaurants. Soon enough, Thiakos started sourcing other products, like chemicals, janitorial supplies, and kitchen wares.

Today, it is a major player in the Chicagoland food service community. And as an important pillar in the Bolingbrook food industry, it is taking additional precautions with its employees during these uncertain times.
