Turn That Down

Loud noise complaints were reported at 9:25 p.m. on the 300 block of Burr Ridge Parkway. The officer spoke to the management for the corresponding address, and the music was turned down.

A No-No

Some juveniles at 8 p.m. were talking while they sat on a second-floor ledge on the 15W300 block of South Frontage Road. They were advised that it was unsafe and a parent was notified.

Suspicious Person

Police at 7:30 p.m. received a report of a possible solicitor on the 8900 block of Enclave Drive. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate anyone.

Just a Dad

Someone at 6:40 p.m. reported a suspicious vehicle on the 6800 block of Fieldstone Drive. The driver of the vehicle was actually waiting to pick up his daughter at a friend’s house. There was no criminal activity, police said.

Pay Up

A patron of a business on the 800 block of Village Center Drive still owes payment on a bill, according to police. The business and the patron originally entered into a verbal agreement for payment. While on the scene at 5:04 p.m., the patron was contacted to make further payments. Police advised this is a civil matter.

Suspended License

Police charged Genette Stewart, 30, of the 500 block of West Belmont, Chicago, with driving while license suspended and operating and uninsured motor vehicle. Stewart was arrested at 10:43 a.m. while driving her 2002 Ford on County Line Road at I-55.

Car vs. Deer

A car vs. deer crash was reported at 6:32 a.m. on the 7600 block of Grant Street. There were no injuries in the incident, police said.
