Grand Avenue Afternoon Kindergarten Enrichment Program
"Full STEAM Ahead" program M-F from 11:45 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. You pick days. Bus service from Elm, Oak and Madison Schools.
Grand Avenue's new Burr Ridge location is now enrolling children ages 5-6 for their Fall 2020 afternoon Kindergarten enrichment program "Full STEAM Ahead." Each day will focus on a different subject in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math). Our “Full STEAM Ahead” program is offered Monday through Friday from 11:45 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. (extended day option). Parents may select as many days for their child as they wish. Door to door bus service from Elm, Oak and Madison Schools will be available.
Extended day students will have opportunities to engage in additional activities to ensure their day is balanced. This will include play at our new outdoor playground (weather permitting), free choice time, plus a mid-afternoon snack.
The cost for the program is $35 per day (STEAM w/lunch) or $60 per day or $260 per week (STEAM w/lunch and extended care).

Grand Avenue is a local, family owned business and directors are on site every day. The school is very proud to have a high retention rate of experienced teachers and every teacher at Grand Avenue receives 24 hours of in-service training per year plus Red Cross certification in first aid and CPR.
