IPM Opens New Headquarters In Burr Ridge

BURR RIDGE, IL — The Burr Ridge-based Integrated Project Management business consulting company recently opened a new headquarters in town. The new headquarters at 60 North Frontage Road is significantly larger than the space they occupied for some 30 years.

“We’ve begun another exciting chapter in our company’s history,” IPM Founder President, and CEO C. Richard Panico said. “After 30 years and seven months, IPM is operating in a new home that allows us to showcase our capabilities in an environment that is conducive to collaboration and reflects our investment in continuous improvement.”

IPM’s new facility, at 25,000 square feet, more than doubles the area of its prior headquarters, the company wrote in a news release. They sought a new facility to accommodate their more than 200 employees and to continue to grow in Burr Ridge.

New accommodations at the facility include the 10,000-square-foot Century Center, which houses a state-of-the-art training room, large kitchen and dining area and multiple meeting and collaboration spaces and an upstairs that includes offices, cubicles, and an executive boardroom, as well as flexible working areas, standing desks, and huddle rooms.

Burr Ridge Mayor Gary Grasso called IPM “one of the jewel companies in Burr Ridge” during a ribbon cutting recognizing the new headquarters this week.
