Expert shares useful tips for planning and organizing a move

King-Bruwaert House invites area residents to a virtual seminar, “Rightsizing for a New Lifestyle,” from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Sept. 10.

She will suggest tools and resources to make moving a smooth transition. She will also share her experience in helping senior adults transition to community living. Her discussion will include: reasons for considering a move; ways to make downsizing less stressful; tips for sorting, organizing and rightsizing your belongings; and the advantages of planning auctions and estate sales.
