King-Bruwaert House provides update on residential projects

King-Bruwaert House in Burr Ridge announces exciting new changes highlighting several new projects that are recently completed or currently underway. An expanded residential option for Carrington Hall assisted living suites gives prospective residents an opportunity to enjoy additional space in a beautiful, natural setting. The nine-room care center accommodates individuals and couples and has been redesigned to offer larger, brighter rooms and private baths - all located in close proximity to a 24-hour nursing station, spacious dining room with fireplace, cozy family room for individual or group activities and two enclosed, secure landscaped courtyards. Residents enjoy three nutritious meals and receive quality care in a safe, secure setting.

Suzanne’s Place care team members work round-the-clock shifts and update their training as Certified Dementia Practitioners to stay current with industry trends, ethics, regulations, and medications relating to memory care and dementia. The team embraces a person-centered approach to provide daily care and support. Members participate in additional training to maintain their Dementia Practitioner certifications. They also receive ongoing in-service training on dementia-related topics.
