Pedal The Parks In Burr Ridge
The tour is 10 miles of biking through Burr Ridge's most beautiful parks, according to the park district.
BURR RIDGE, IL — The Burr Ridge Community Park Foundation will host the sixth annual Pedal The Parks Bike Tour on Sunday, Sept. 9. The event serves as a fundraiser for the foundation, and is 10 miles of biking through Burr Ridge's most beautiful parks, according to the park district.
The tour begins at 9 a.m., with the closing party at 11 a.m. Registration is from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m., or you can register online at the foundation's website.
Cyclists can meet at Harvester Park, 15W400 Harvester Drive, to begin the 10-mile tour. It is $25 for ages 12 and up, $15 for ages 11 and under, and $60 for a family up to four members.

According to the park district, refreshments are offered throughout the tour. The closing party will include a continental breakfast, entertainment and a free bike raffle.
