Traffic Crash Closes Route 83
Illinois Route 83 is closed between Bluff Road and Archer Avenue due to a traffic crash with injuries.
WILLOWBROOK, IL — Illinois Route 83 was closed Thursday evening between Bluff Road and Archer Avenue in unincorporated Willowbrook due to a traffic crash with injuries. The DuPage County Sheriff's Office said it and the Tri-State Fire Protection District handled the crash.
Police said two drivers were taken to the hospital; one to Good Samaritan and one to Loyola, with unknown injuries. The road reopened around 8 p.m. Thursday.
