An Unofficial Hinsdale South Celebration: Cops

Teens were celebrating their last day of school, police say.

BURR RIDGE, IL — A large group of teens held an unofficial celebration in Burr Ridge last week, police said.

About 8 p.m. Friday, Village Center security called police about the teens having a party on top of the south parking garage.

When three officers arrived, they saw about 75 Hinsdale South students who said they were celebrating their last day of school, police said.

The teens left without any problems. Police said there were no signs of criminal activity.
