Vote 'YES' On District 86 Referendum: Letter from D86 resident

Zach Mottl, who is the chairman of the opposition funding, is not married or a parent. He may not understand, but as a parent, I have seen for myself the impact of fantastic schools and well paid teachers have had on my daughter's education and her future.

I moved here for the schools and if we don't keep up, families from the city and relocating families will choose our neighboring communities like La Grange, Western Springs and Downers Grove who are investing in their schools. If this happens, our homes values will suffer tremendously (22% according to Realtor.com)

Look at IllinoisSunshine.org to see the top donors of the opposition, business owners and out of state residents who own businesses here. What really is their motivation? A tax bill and only a tax bill would be my guess.
