Crystal Lake Blotter: Battery, Identity Theft Charges

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — The Crystal Lake Police Department made the following arrests in recent weeks:

• Mark Jonathon Heuer, 55, of 110 S. Virginia in Crystal Lake, was arrested on April 28 on a warrant for a disorderly conduct/false report charge. His bond was set at $15,000 and he was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• Ashley Renee Horeluk, 32, of the 300 block of First Court in Crystal Lake, was arrested on April 15 and charged with domestic battery. She was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• William Frank Vaughn, 43, of the 1000 block of Hawthorne Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on a violate order of protection on April 27. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• Esperanza Angel Montano, 22, of the 1900 block of Lotus Drive in Round Lake, was arrested on April 1 for domestic battery/physical contact, resist peace officer/correctional employee and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• Richard Antoni White, 59, of the 6900 block of South Cregier Avenue in North Chicago, was arrested on April 1 for identity theft, theft and false personation/defraud another. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• Michael Cary Peterson, 57, of the 6600 block of Rose Avenue in Crystal Lake, was arrested on April 3 for knowingly possessing a controlled or counterfeit substance. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
• Ronald Jeremiah Brainer, 28, of the 700 block of N. Salem Avenue in Chicago, was arrested on April 4 and charged with domestic battery and violate order of protection. Brainer was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
