Crystal Lake Blotter: Telephone Harassment, Snowmobile On Road

The Crystal Lake Police Department has arrested the following people in recent weeks:

Edward Felipe Arteaga, 52, of the 900 block of Camelot Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on March 11 on a warrant for unlawful possession of a cannabis sativa plant. His bond was set at $10,000, and he is next expected in court on March 30.

Christopher Allen Moyes, 59, of the 100 block of South Virginia Street in Crystal Lake, was arrested on March 13 and charged with battery/cause bodily harm. He is next expected in court on March 6.

Michael Allen Morzos, 36, of the 700 block of Savannah Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant on March 17. He is charged with harassment by telephone and harassment through electronic communications. His bond has been set at $10,000.

Randy Lee Podhorzky, 54, of the 9300 block of Linder Avenue in Crystal Lake, was arrested on March 17 on an in-state bond forfeiture warrant. He was wanted on a McHenry County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of a snowmobile on a highway. He is next expected in court on April 27.

Dillon Mitchell Lorentz, 24, of Crystal Lake, was arrested on March 21 and charged with domestic battery/physical contact and domestic battery/bodily harm. He was turned over to the McHenry County Jail.

Daniel J. Waterton, 35, of the 900 block of Golf Course Road in Crystal Lake, was arrested on March 21 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was later released and is next expected in court on May 4.
