Crystal Lake-Cary Weekend Weather: Cold, Snow, Wind

CRYSTAL LAKE-CARY, IL — We can expect a rough weekend as far as the weather is concerned. There is a 90 percent chance of snow Friday night with wind gusts as high as 20 mph, making driving dangerous. We'll likely get one or two inches of snow accumulation.

Saturday will be chilly with a high temperature around 26. The brisk temperature will combine with wind gusts up to 30 mph, blowing around Friday evening's snow.

Sunday will calm down a bit, but not much. The forecast says a high temperature around 32 with consistent winds, gusting up to 25 mph.

Partly sunny, with a high near 26. Blustery, with a north northwest wind 10 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Saturday Night:
Partly cloudy, with a low around 14. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west southwest after midnight.

Sunday:
Partly sunny, with a high near 32. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Sunday Night:
A 20 percent chance of snow after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23.
