CL Men Charged with DUI, Cary Man Charged with Battery, More Arrests

Obstructing Justice
Alberto Garcia, 26, of the 80 block of Gates Street, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 11, and charged with obstructing justice/ destroying evidence, revoked/ suspended license, failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle and disregarding a stop sign.Battery
Michael R. McGee, 45, of the 5500 block of Greenview Rd., Cary, was arrested Jan. 21, and charged with battery/ making physical contact and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.ÂDUI
Juan Hernandez, 40, of the 200 block of Marion Parkway, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 13, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol level over .08, and no drivers license/never issued a drivers license.ÂHicham Bichri, 22, of the 1600 block of Carlemont Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, failure to reduce speed, improper traffic lane use, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.Â
Marijuana Possession and Underage Drinking
Michelle M. Hall, 18, of the 400 block of Starwood Pass, Lake in the Hills, was arrested Jan. 4, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana and consumption of liquor by a minor.ÂWanted on Warrant
Miguel A. Realzola, 40, of Barberry Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 7, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license. He was wanted on a warrant out of McHenry County for having an expired drivers license.Victor C. Ruiz, 42, of the 200 block of Evergreen Parkway, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 7, on an warrant from McHenry County for a drivers license offense.Â
Joseph A. Bosnick, 41, of the 9400 block of Linder Avenue, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 10, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court.Â
Genisa P. Boedewig, 38, of the 900 block of Nottingham Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 11, on a warrant out of McHenry County for reckless driving and disorderly conduct.Â
Driving While License Suspended
Christopher A. Fernandez, 26, of the 4400 block of Hickory Nut Drive, McHenry, was arrested Jan. 11, and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving on a suspended drivers license. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.ÂSami F. Snow, 20, of the 8500 Elm St., Wonder Lake, was arrested Jan. 12, and charged with driving while license suspended.Â
Driving- Never Issued Drivers License
Vicente Ortega-Hernandez, 51, of the 500 block of E. Madison St., Belvidere, was arrested Jan. 13, and charged with driving/ never issued a drivers license.ÂYony A. Guzman-Mejia, 20, of the 200 block of Uteg St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 14, and charged with driving/ never issued a drivers license.Â
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Ryan K. Garramone, 20, of the 1000 block of Coventry Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 16, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended drivers license. Juvenile Arrests
A 16-year-old was arrested Jan. 14, and charged with criminal damage to property.Â

A 17-year-old was arrested Jan. 4, and charged with retail theft/ merchandise valued under $150.
A 17-year-old was arrested Jan. 4, and charged with DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, and consumption of liquor by a minor.
A 16-year-old was arrested Jan. 17, and charged with possession of 10 to 30 grams marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing/ delivery of 10 to 30 grams marijuana.
A 17-year-old was arrested Jan. 21, and charged with retail theft/ merchandise valued under $150.
