Man Charged With DUI After Crashing Into Store: Authorities
Josh Urbina is accused of driving his vehicle into the Woodstock Food Mart. A female patron inside the store was injured.

WOODSTOCK, IL — A 35-year-old Woodstock man faces aggravated drunken driving charges after he crashed his car into a convenience store on Friday evening, according to a criminal complaint. A female customer inside the store at the time of the crash was seriously injured, fire officials said.
Josh Urbina, of the 300 block of Ridgeland Avenue, was driving on a suspended license at the time of the incident, according to a criminal complaint filed Saturday in McHenry County Circuit Court.
Urbina's vehicle drove into the Woodstock Food Mart, 1013 N. Seminary Ave. in Woodstock, just before 7 p.m., according to a news release from the Woodstock Fire Rescue Department.

The collision caused heavy damage to the storefront, and firefighters responding to the scene found an injured female customer "among the rubble" and inside the store.

The woman was transported by helicopter to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville in serious condition.
