Enroll Now for Winter/Spring Session of Dance Classes

The Crystal Lake Park District Dance Academy has the building blocks for aspiring ballerinas, tap dancers, or hip-hop dancer. From beginning to advanced classes, specialty classes to variety classes, our instructors instill a love of dance and movement while promoting self-confidence, team work, elegance and fun in each class. The next session of dance classes begins January 13-18. Most classes are 16 weeks long and run January-May. The season ends with a recital on May 9 at Crystal Lake South High School. Classes are available for ages 2 -adult, and are for all ability levels. The following dance classes are offered for the tots-teens winter/spring session: Dance with Me (Parent & Child), Hip Hop Kidz, Dance Mix, Pre Ballet/Tap 1, Pre Ballet/Tap 2, Pre Tap/Jazz 1, Pee Wee Poms/Hip Hop, Creative Movement, Pre Ballet 1, Pre Ballet 2, Jazzy Hip Hop, Dance Divas, Lyrical, Tap/Jazz, Ballet 1, Musical Theater, Annie Jr. Production, Hip Hop 1 & 2, Poms 1 & 2, Baton Twirling

The following dance classes are offered for the adults-teens winter/spring session: Teen/Adult Tap, Teen/Adult Ballet, Bellydancing/Eastern World Dance, Barre Fitness, Country Line Dance, Ballroom & Social Dance
