The family of Fox Lake police Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz, a police officer for three decades and an Army veteran, a father of four sons, speaks Wednesday evening at a memorial in Fox Lake. His wife, Melodie, spoke to those who gathered to honor her husband. “My world got a little bit smaller with his passing,” she said.
