Mini Fair Coming To McHenry Co. This Weekend
The McHenry County Fair was cancelled but a mini-fair will be held this Friday and Saturday.

WOODSTOCK, IL — The McHenry County Fair was called off because of concerns over COVID-19. But a "mini-fair" will be up and running this Friday and Saturday at the fairgrounds at 11900 Country Club Road in Woodstock.
There will be a truck and tractor pull Friday night and a drive-in concert— Latitude 28 will be performing— and fireworks on Saturday night. In addition, a "Taste of the Fair" will be happening both days with all the fair food you can handle.

- The Illini State Pullers will hold a truck and tractor pull from 5 to 9:30 p.m. at the fairgrounds. The cost is $20 per person but children ages 5 years old and younger are free.
- Tickets are available online for the drive-in concert and fireworks show and gates will open at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. The concert starts at 6:30 p.m. and fireworks will be at 10 p.m. The cost is $10 per car.
- There will also be a Swine Jackpot Show Saturday morning starting at 10 a.m.
- The Taste of the Fair festival will run from 4 to 10 p.m. on Friday and from 1 to 10 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is free.
