Missing Daughter Found, Father Extradited To Illinois
Police in Wisconsin say Jocelyn Van Duyn, 10, was found with her father, who faces an unrelated felony charge in Illinois.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — Days after an Amber Alert was issued for a missing Wisconsin girl, police there say she was reunited with her family, and her father has been extradited back to Illinois, where he is facing a felony charge. Jocelyn Van Duyn, 10, was reported missing Sunday after police say she was last seen at her mother's home on Saturday night.
Police said the girl did not pack a bag or take a jacket, and they believed she might be with her biological father, Jonathan Van Duyn.
The Amber Alert was canceled Tuesday morning after police in Walworth, Wisconsin, said the girl was found. Later in the day, police said Jocelyn was found with her father in Hartsville, Indiana.
