Northwest IL Virtual Health Fair - Vendor Registration Now Open

As you know, over the last year, we have had to change how we interact with our community and constituents. From moving to virtual platforms and conference lines, we found ways to keep everyone safe, while providing the much-needed support and care.

After listening to community members, colleagues at various professional networking groups, we heard a common theme. That theme is, how can we do more safely, while getting our message out in the community?

That is why we developed “The Northwest Illinois Virtual Health Fair” happening on May 1, 2021 from 9am to 12pm. This Health Fair will be offered in nine counties, serving Boone, DeKalb, Jo Daviess, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside & Winnebago.

The Virtual Booths will allow vendors and community members to interact via a chat feature, video conference or phone on the day of the event. The booths also allow many features such as scheduling options for future appointments, call backs, to adding your materials i.e. brochures flyers, coupons and much more.

After the live event closes, community members will have the ability to access the booths for 60 days after, to go back and read about the vendors, watch videos, download the materials left at the booths and more.

During the month of March we will be accepting new vendors through the link provided below from IAB Health Productions. The cost for vendors is $25 per booth and Vendor Registration closes April 1st.

We will then be emailing all the vendors the Marketing Material Flyers Starting April 6th when Registration Opens for Community Members.
