'Peppermint Park' Gears Up For Christmas Tree Lane
Depot Park has become Peppermint Park as the holidays near.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — Depot Park has been transformed into Peppermint Park in preparation for the upcoming holiday season and Crystal Lake's second annual Crystal Tree Lane.
There will be thirty trees decorated by local organizations and businesses, lit up and on display starting on Nov. 27 and continuing through Dec. 31.
The city of Crystal Lake and Downtown Crystal Lake provide the trees. As of Thursday, the event had sold out and no additional applications are being accepted.

Depot Park is located outside the Crystal Lake Metra station at 70 E. Woodstock Street.
