CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — The Raue Center For The Arts has announced its fall performance lineup. From tributes to iconic acts and hit stand-up comedy to musicals, magic shows and more, the Raue Center of the Arts is planning for a mix of entertainment options this fall.


“Raue Center has an exciting upcoming season of shows featuring something for everyone, from hit musicals to the best tribute bands playing your favorite music live from the comfort of the beautiful Raue Center,” says Board President Tim Paul. “Or, if comedy is your passion, look no further than the Raue Center stage for some of the best nationally known comics to make you laugh.”

Family-friendly comedian Dave Coulier will be at the Raue Center at 8 p.m. on August 17. Best known as Joey on ABC’s hit TV series “Full House,” Coulier’s clean stand-up comedy routine is centered on his ability to mimic celebrities and cartoon characters and many of his involve putting well-known characters into unexpected situations. Tickets start at $30.

You Made Me Love You: The Music of Judy Garland. Melissa Minyard’s breathtakingly beautiful voice and compelling storytelling will bring the music of Judy Garland to life with a four-piece band at 3 p.m. on September 8. Tickets start at $25.

The fall lineup continues with another tribute to a legendary female performer as Tapestry Unraveled: A Tribute to Carole King returns to the stage at 8 p.m. on September 14, 2019. This hit tribute features Crystal Lake native, Tina Naponelli, who has captured the true essence of Carole King to create a unique and unforgettable experience. Tickets start at $22.

Next up is a creepy, kooky and all together ooky musical comedy from in-house professional theater company, Williams Street Repertory, perfect for fall. WSRep presents “The Addams Family” select dates from September 27 to October 20, 2019. Tickets are $39.50, $6 for students 18 years and under and $10 for college students 27 years and under with a valid student ID.

Raue Center next welcomes Emmy-nominated actor and comedian Billy Gardell of CBS’ “Mike & Molly” at 8 p.m. on October 18, 2019! Gardell’s stand-up show is a powerhouse, as he delivers stories about his rough childhood, wild adolescence and new family life with the skill of a master craftsman. Tickets start at $33.

The laughs keep rolling with Paula Poundstone at 8 p.m. on October 25, 2019. One of the country’s preeminent comedians, Poundstone is known for her smart, observational humor and spontaneous wit that has become the stuff of legend. Tickets start at $30.

Raue Center’s fall lineup continues with a family favorite at 7 p.m. Children and adults alike will be mystified, dazzled and bamboozled by tricks, illusions and more as Nothin’ Up My Sleeve celebrates 17 years of family magic fun. Tickets start at $17 and $6 for students 18 years and under.

The country’s definitive tribute to Fleetwood Mac, Fleetwood Max, will rock the Raue starting at 8 p.m. on November 9. Tickets start at $23.

Raue Center rounds out their exciting fall offerings with the return of comedy legend direct from her critically acclaimed off-broadway runaway hit, Rita Rudner. A house-filling favorite with the longest-running solo comedy show in Las Vegas history, Rudner hits the stage with her epigrammatic at 8 p.m. on November 16. Tickets start at $40.
