BNSF Project To Temporarily Close Roads In Downers Grove
The closures will affect the Forest Ave. and Main St. railroad crossings.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL --- An upcoming BNSF Railroad improvement project is set to close two crossings in Downers Grove starting June 1. The closures will first affect the Forest Ave. Crossing and then the Main St. Crossing.
The Forest Ave. Crossing will be closed from June 1 through June 7, according to a post from village officials. The Main St. Crossing will be closed from June 8 through June 16.
Normal traffic should resume on June 17.
