DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Cooper's Hawk is bringing its famous steaks and award-winning wines to Downers Grove. The restaurant is set to open in September at 1801 Butterfield.

Tim McEnery, Cooper's Hawk Founder and CEO said, "The new Downers Grove location will be an ideal spot for residents throughout the western suburbs to gather –whether its inside our tasting room or outside on our rooftop patio – around great food and wine."

That's right, the new Downers Grove location will feature a rooftop patio where guests can enjoy such entrees as churrasco grilled steak, soy ginger Atlantic salmon, or pan-roasted barramundi. Pair these with a glass or bottle of wine from Cooper's Hawk's signature selection or an imported vintage.
