Unlawful Credit Card Use
A resident at 4:43 p.m. on the 3900 block of Elm Lane reported $623.68 in unauthorized charges on a credit card. The charges were made between Jan. 10 and Jan. 24. The transactions were all apparently made online to Expedia, Fandango, Orbitz, Amtrak, Greyhound and Domino's. There are no suspects behind the transactions. The credit card company will credit the resident's account and reverse the transactions so that he is not responsible for the charges.

Son's iPhone Missing in Store
A man and his son at 5:40 p.m. reported the theft of his son's black iPhone 4 while at a store on the 3300 block of Finley Road. The son noticed the $200 phone, which had a Chicago Blackhawks case, was missing from his right coat pocket. The son was shopping in the Apple section of the store between 5 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. while his father was in another area. The son did have the phone before 5 p.m., police said. He could not provide any leads on if the phone fell out of his pocket or if it was removed. They searched the area with no results. The phone was not returned to the store's lost and found.
DUI, Cannabis Possession
Benjamin T. Gross, of the 1800 block of Michigan Avenue, Naperville, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. on Main Street at 39th Street. Gross was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC over .08, unlawful possession of drug equipment, unlawful possession of cannabis and improper lane usage. His silver Toyota Camry was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on I-bond and has an April 10 court date in Wheaton.

SATURDAY, MARCH 2
DUI, No Headlights
Danielle E. Kolar, of the 24100 block of Hampshire Lane, Plainfield, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. on Route 56 at I-355. Kolar was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC over .08 and driving without headlights when required. Her silver Honda Odyssey was towed from the scene to an impound lot. She was released on I-bond and has an April 10 court date in Wheaton.
