'Day In Our Village' To Celebrate Oak Park's Diversity, Community
Live music, carnival rides, a dunk tank, and local eats await on June 3.

OAK PARK, IL --- The village of Oak Park will celebrate its diversity and community with a fun and informational event on June 3 in Scoville Park. "A Day in Our Village," set from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., will feature food, music, and 150-plus activity booths run by local civic, religious, cultural, and educational institutions that make the village what it is today.
Visitors can celebrate Oak Park's diverse local restaurants at the event too. Restaurateurs will get the spotlight as they offer up eats and refreshments available for purchase in a designated food court.
R&B music will set the mood throughout the event as musicians perform on the Scoville Park Stage. The lineup includes sets from Covington Groove, The Chicago Cats, and more.
