The Downers Grove North Boys Swim and Dive Team participated in the Conant Invite in Hoffman Estates on Saturday, Jan. 30, placing eighth.
DGN divers continued their strong season with freshman Kevin Sullivan placing second in Class A 1 meter diving event with a score of 437.20.

Junior Ryan Murphy won the Class B competition (408.95), and junior Adan Calleja placing first in the Class C event (319.00).
Trojans Ben Ellstrom, Jack Costello, Matt Benge, and John Pitelka placed fourth in the Class A 200 yard medley relay event. Benge also took fourth place in the 100 yard butterfly (A) and first place in the 100 yard breaststroke (B). Costello placed fourth in the 100 yard breaststroke (A).

In the 200 yard freestyle relay (A), the DGN team of Benge, Ellstrom, Luc Collo, and Pitelka placed fourth. Ellstrom also placed fourth in the 100 yard backstroke (A).
