Donate Old Coats To Downers Grove Winter Coat Drive

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — If you have any gently used winter coats that you've been planning to get rid of, the village of Downers Grove can help get them to someone in need. The village is holding a winter coat drive through Jan. 10.

Residents can drop off coats at the following locations: '

• Village Hall, 801 Burlington Ave.
• Downers Grove Police Station, 825 Burlington Ave.
• Downers Grove Public Works, 5101 Walnut Ave.

Coats must be clean and only gently used. Donations will be given to Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans, Sharing Connections, and other organizations that help those in need.
