Downers Grove Businesses Offer Discounts, Pickup: Virus Shutdown
Many restaurants and retail shops plan to be open limited hours.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — As restaurants across the state close due to coronavirus concerns, small businesses in Downers Grove are still offering discounts, curbside pickup and other services. Meanwhile, other businesses have limited their hours or opted to close temporarily.
The village of Downers Grove's downtown management corporation has put together a list of restaurants that may offer pickup throughout March while restaurants remain closed to the public. Some of the restaurants that will be open for curbside service are offering specials and discounts in an effort to draw customers in as more and more people begin practicing social distancing from others.
Many retail shops throughout downtown Downers Grove have opted to be open limited hours. Some of those who are open are offering delivery and drop-off of items for customers.
