Downers Grove City Barbeque Hiring As August Open Nears
The restaurant is building a team to smoke its meats in-house and create home-cooked side dishes from scratch.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — As the August 2018 open date for the Downers Grove City Barbeque restaurant approaches, the company plans to begin hiring to fill all positions. The restaurant announced Wednesday that it was looking to hire "team members who love barbeque as much as we do," General Manager Ronnie Omott said in a news release.
The company hopes to fill both front- and back-of-house positions for its Downers Grove location, which marks the company's 4th restaurant in Illinois under. Team members will work to help craft City Barbeque's house-smoked meats, from-scratch sauces, and hearty side dishes.
