Downers Grove To Move Forward With Ogden Ave. Development

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Downers Grove is moving forward with a new retail development on Ogden Avenue. The development, which will feature multiple retail tenants at 1111 Ogden Ave., was approved at the Dec. 15 village council meeting.

Both the special use permit and redevelopment agreement were unanimously approved at the village meeting.

The development, spearheaded by Vequity, will feature a drive-thru, but no other tenant information was available at press time.

Vequity did not immediately respond to Patch's request for more information Wednesday afternoon.
