Downers Grove Police Investigate Public Indecency At Washington Park

On March 5, 2021, at approximately 5:40 p.m., the Downers Grove Police Department responded to the area of Washington Park for a report of public indecency. The driver of a white older model sedan exposed himself to a pedestrian in the area. The driver did not exit the vehicle or speak to the pedestrian.

The driver is described as a male with dark skin, approximately 25-35 years of age, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and face covering that was black in color. The vehicle was last seen traveling north on Elm Street from Franklin Street.

The Police Department has increased patrols in the area. Anyone with additional information is asked to please call 911.
