DOWNERS GROVE, IL — As the village of Downers Grove prepares for downtown businesses to reopen starting May 29, they have also resumed enforcement of parking rules downtown as of Tuesday. Enforcement of parking was put on hold from the start of Gov. J.B. Pritzker's stay at home order, but will be back in place to accommodate increased traffic to businesses and possible on-street outdoor dining, village officials said in a Facebook post.
