Downers Grove South High School will kick off the 2013 football season Friday with a home opener against Benet Academy.
The game is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. at South High, 1436 Norfolk St.

The Mustangs finished the 2012 season with a 4-5 record. Benet finished 11-2.
