Flashlight Easter Egg Hunts Planned In Downers Grove
The nighttime Easter egg hunts will be held at Fishel Park on March 18 and 19.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — The Downers Grove Park District will hold two flashlight Easter egg hunts for kids in mid-March. The Easter egg hunts will be kick off at 7:30 p.m. at Fishel Park, but check-in starts at 7:10 p.m.
Those who attend the egg hunt should bring their own flashlights and Easter baskets to load up with candy-filled eggs throughout the event, which is open to children ages 6 to 10 years old.
Park district officials advise that guests with food allergies may be exposed to allergens during the event. Safety guidelines will be sent to participants via email ahead of the Easter egg hunt.

The cost of the event is $12 for residents and $18 for non-residents. The deadline to register for the Easter egg hunt is March 17.
