Gas Leak Closes Roads In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Crews from Nicor Gas are working to mitigate a gas leak in Downers Grove that took place just after 9 a.m. Wednesday. Motorists are advised to avoid the intersection of Prairie and Seeley, where traffic is temporarily closed, according to village officials.

Prairie is temporarily closed between Montgomery and Wallbank and Seeley is closed south of Prairie, village officials said in a Tweet.
