"Due to a miscommunication amongst the six partners … the trailer was gone for several months before being noticed," the report said.
The trailer was parked on the west side of the business surrounded by an eight-foot construction fence. The trailer contained parts that were temporarily stored while the business' old building is being remodeled. The ovens, cooler, grill, other parts and the actual trailer have a total value of $32,950.

The Lancer stolen from the Ogden Avenue business was purchased on March 5 at an auction, according to police. The vehicle's engine had extensive after-market upgrades.
The black and red-colored Lancer was last parked along Ogden Avenue next to an entrance at 8:15 p.m. May 9. At 8:30 a.m. May 10, someone found in its place broken glass, a broken license plate frame and rubber or plastic molding from a broken window. The items were collected as evidence, the report said.
The Lancer and the semi-trailer were each entered into the Law Enforcement Agencies Data System as stolen.
