Original Rainbow Cone Truck To Roll Into Downers Grove

Catch the Original Rainbow Cone Truck when it swings by Fairview Plaza to help raise funds for tornado victims.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Original Rainbow Cone's beloved pink polka dot truck will be rolling into Downers Grove to help raise funds for tornado victims.

Residents can get their fill of the famous colorful, stacked ice cream cones at Fairview Plaza, 460 W. 75th St., Downers Grove during the following dates and times:

  • July 1 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • July 2 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • July 3 from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • July 4 from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

A portion of the proceeds raised will be donated to Woodridge Rotary Club's Tornado Relief Fund. More than 400 Woodridge homes were damaged by the June 20 tornado.
