Ride A Hayride, See Live Bats At Oak Park Fall Fest

Kids who attend the festival get a free pumpkin while supplies last.

OAK PARK, IL — The Park District of Oak Park will herald the start of autumn on Sept. 23 for the Oak Park Fall Fest. The family-friendly festival celebrates all things fall-related, with horse-drawn hayrides, a pumpkin patch, live bats, and more at the Oak Park Conservatory and Rehm Park.

Kids who attend fall fest can get a free pumpkin each, while supplies last. They'll also have a chance to ride the Rehm Train, see a live skunk up close, and play a number of fall-themed games.

Seasonal eats will be for sale throughout the event.
