Summer Concert Series To Resume In Downers Grove
Downers Grove's popular Summer Concert Series is coming back in 2021, but the event will be different from years past.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Fishel Park will be filled with the sounds of live music once again when the Downers Grove Summer Concert Series resumes in 2021.
The series, which took a virtual format in 2020, will require advance reservations amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Residents will also be able to tune in remotely via the Downers Grove Parks YouTube channel.
Concerts will kick off at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and reservations open a week in advance at 5 p.m.

- May 25: The Wayouts
- June 1: Good Clean Fun
- June 8: Mason Rivers Band
- June 15: The Blooze Brothers
- June 22: Brass from the Past
- June 29: Petty Cash
- July 6: Generation
- July 13: Hello Weekend
- July 20: Dancing Queen: An ABBA Salute
- July 27: The Beatelles
- Aug. 3: Sushi Roll
- Aug. 10 Chicago Tribute Anthology
- Aug. 17: Rosie and the Rivets
Reservations will be first come, first served. To access reservations visit the Downers Grove Park District website one week before the concert you'd like to see.

Spectators will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing when not seated with their group.
Food vendors will be onsite at each concert, starting at 6 p.m. Sarpino's Everyday's a Sunday and Wells Street Popcorn will be serving up snacks.
Beer, wine, hard cider, White Claw and water will also be available for purchase onsite.
