Video: Aurora Cops Seek Car That Hit Uber, Fled

AURORA, IL — Police in Aurora are asking the public's help finding a Jeep that was caught on video running a red light and then hitting an Uber car. Dash cam footage shows that the Uber car was heading east on Galena when it was hit by a silver Jeep Cherokee at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue.

The video shows the Uber car had a green light before crossing Lincoln Avenue and getting hit by the Jeep. Police are asking anyone who sees the Jeep in question to call the Aurora Police Department's traffic unit at 630-256-5330.
