Police were called to the Home Depot at 2000 Butterfield Rd. Wednesday for a retail theft report. An employee told police they saw Cummings leave the store without paying for a cart full of items. Police say the cart contained a Dewalt compact chainsaw, a Makita leaf blower, a can of Invisible Glass cleaner and a package of wall hooks.
