It’s time to Love Local 2021! Show some love to your sweetheart and family for Valentine’s Day by spreading the love and supporting local restaurants and businesses, too. Keep the community strong and help boost business. Discover a wide-range of dining options and services in northern Kane County. Buy local and have a chance to win some gift cards for yourself, too.
The Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with area businesses, is
hosting a “Love Local 2021" promotion with local restaurants, gift shops, and health and beauty businesses from February 1-28, 2021. Find out more at nkccevents.com.
“With the success of our recent online ‘Restaurant Rally’ which brought attention to our local restaurants last year,” said Melissa Hernandez, president, Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce, “we are happy to bring the excitement back to our community with another variety of choices for Valentine’s Day dining and gift giving.”

It’s easy to participate! Eat at participating restaurants or make a purchase from participating retailers and salons. Submit the receipt/s to the Northern Kane County Chamber to earn a chance in a drawing for a free restaurant gift card from participating businesses.

All businesses and restaurants follow current COVID-10 guidelines as determined by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH).
To enter the drawing, you must show proof of purchase made at participating businesses within the time frame of the “Love Local 2021" from February 1-28, 2021. Only participating businesses are eligible and proof of purchase is required in order to be counted in the drawing.
Valid restaurant receipts must be received at the Northern Kane County Chamber office no later than March 12, 2021. Drawing will be held on March 19, 2021.
