Elgin Academy Homecoming Events and Road Closures

On September 28, 2018, Elgin Academy will celebrate its annual Homecoming with families, friends, and Alumni.

Friday night, September 28th the festivities will begin with a parade beginning on College Street and extending down Park Street and then back onto campus. We expect 250 people on our campus that evening for the parade and homecoming event.

On Friday, September 28th College Street will be closed from 4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for the parade staging. Park Street will be closed from 5:00 to 5:35 pm for the parade. Academy Place will also be closed from 4:00 to 8:00 pm for the parade and event. Our homecoming event will run on campus from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
